I bring a fresh perspective to therapy, blending the insights of my Irish upbringing with a talent for seeing the bigger picture.

With a background in mathematics, I have a keen eye for patterns in behavior, relationships, and thought processes, helping clients uncover the unseen dynamics shaping their lives.
My approach is direct, compassionate, and solution-focused, empowering clients to explore creative paths for change while respecting their autonomy as the experts of their inner lives and emotions.
I hold the ‘whole system’ in view—whether it’s your life story, your family system and history, or other influential dynamics—offering clarity and accountability to foster lasting, meaningful transformation. I enjoy the process of walking alongside clients as they make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives, always respecting their autonomy as the experts in their own journey.
I blend insights from these approaches:
-
Psychodynamic
-
Narrative
-
Strength-based
-
Existential
Who I work with:
-
Pre-teens & teens (10-17)
-
Adults
My clients often include:
-
Couples stuck in old conflict cycles, wanting to reconnect
-
People navigating the challenges of a serious illness diagnosis or treatment
-
Queer individuals, especially those coming out later in life
My background:
I graduated from the Wright Institute in 2021, after a previous life in tech. I work with individuals and couples who are experiencing life transitions - new relationships, career changes, becoming parents, illness, grief.
I am collaborative and direct and I believe I have the capacity to take an expansive lens to matters of parenting as a mother to two children who are now young adults.
