TELEHEALTH & IN-PERSON AVAILABLE in SAN RAFAEL
With a neurodivergent-affirming philosophy, I offer practical tools and strategies designed to empower and inspire resilience.

I’m a dedicated therapist passionate about empowering adults with ADHD and couples navigating the challenges of neurodivergence, parenthood, and life.
I help people connect more authentically with themselves and others, guiding them toward truly having their needs met in relationships and in life.
Together, we’ll build a balanced, fulfilling life that embraces acceptance, authenticity, and happiness.
Some approaches & theories I use:
-
Relational Therapy: Fostering authentic connections to help clients understand their relational patterns and build healthier relationships.
-
Psychodynamic Therapy: Exploring unconscious processes and past experiences to uncover the roots of current struggles and facilitate insight.
-
Narrative Therapy: Assisting clients in reframing their personal narratives, empowering them to redefine their identities and experiences.
-
Strengths-Based Approaches: Highlighting individual strengths and resources to promote resilience and empower clients on their journeys.
-
Person-Centered Therapy: Providing a non-judgmental, empathetic space where clients can freely explore their true feelings and needs.
I work with:
-
Adults
-
Couples
I specialize in:
-
Overwhelm & Burnout: Feeling crushed by the daily demands of parenting & life, yearning for balance & peace.
-
Emotional Dysregulation: Navigating intense feelings—anxiety, anger, & sadness—that disrupt relationships & self-identity.
-
Loneliness & Disconnection: Craving authentic connections while feeling isolated & misunderstood in their unique journeys.
-
Perfectionism & Imposter Syndrome: Battling the weight of unrealistic expectations, leading to self-doubt & frustration.
-
Communication Chaos: Struggling to express needs & desires, resulting in conflict & miscommunication with loved ones.
-
Identity Exploration: Exploring & embracing personal identity, particularly in the context of neurodivergence & life’s transitions.
-
Masking and Authenticity: Feeling the pressure to hide true feelings & behaviors, leading to a sense of disconnection from oneself & others.
My background:
With a Master of Social Work and dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Nutrition, I’m deeply committed to whole-body wellness and personal growth. My own experience with ADHD has shaped my understanding of how lifestyle choices influence well-being, especially for those who are neurodivergent.
This personal journey fuels my passion for helping others navigate the unique challenges of ADHD, parenthood, and relationships—always with a focus on self-compassion and joy.
