My background:

I’m a California native with roots in the Bay Area and a love for Southern California’s natural beauty, where I spend time with my family exploring, enjoying all the great food, and adventuring with our sweet German Shepherd.

As a mom, I’m learning daily about the joys and quirks of parenthood, finding balance, and embracing the ups and downs along the way.

My journey has taken me from studying Psychology to earning a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, which fueled my passion for supporting others.

I’ve worked in a range of diverse mental health settings—including hospitals, schools, group and private practices, and with nonprofits—gaining experiences that continually shape my approach.
